Baghali ghatogh or broad bean with eggs
Baghali Ghatogh is a food of north of Iran. It's really simple, healthy and tasty. The main ingredient of this food is broad bean without it's two outer skins but most of people use another kind of beans 
instead called Keshavarzi Baghala. I dont know it's exact name in English so I will show you it's photo and pls mention it's English name in comments if you knew this. Baghali ghatogh is mostly serves with rice and fried fish but you can eat this food with bread.
Ingredients
One garlic
4 eggs
250 g broad bean
1 cup chopped dill
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1/5 glass water
Oil
If you had Keshavarzi Baghala, you must put it in a bowl of water from the day before and separate it's outer skin but if you had broad bean, it is not necessary to do so.
Peel and chop garlic then fry it with beans in a little oil then add salt, turmeric and dill and stirfry it. Pour water and let it boil until oil comes on the food.
Now break eggs on it and let it bake completely.
It's ready.
