Iranian KababJoje kabab or Chicken Kebab

Ingredients

One kilogram chicken

One big onion

1 teaspoon turmeric

2 teaspoon salt

A pinch of black pepper

A pinch of red pepper

A pinch of cinnamon

1\2 glass of lemon juice

2 tbl spoon olive oil

3 tbl spoon yogurt

First cut ckickens in 5 Centimeters pieces.  Cut onion in half then slice it in narrow pieces.  Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and let it stay for about a day in refregrator.  The next day, put chickens on  some skewers and grill it.  You can bake it on coal fire or if you couldn't do this, try cooking in oven.  To do so, bring appropriate container then brush a little oil on it and put chicken skewers on it and let it bake for about 30 minuts until chickens colour turns to white and golden as it bakes completely.

It can be eaten with rice or bread as you like it.  This Kebab is really soft and unique.  Enjoy it.😉
