it in a pot, add a pinch of salt and lime powder, put a lid on it and let it bake for about an hour slowly.  Chop onion in a pan, fry it in a little oil until it's colour changes then add ground meat, a pinch of salt and turmeric and fry it all until meat changes it's colour.  Now put a put full of water on fire, add two tblsp salt and wait until it starts boiling.  Pour washed rice in the pot and let it boil for about 10-15 minutes to see rice is not too soft nor too rigid.  Pour rice in a colander then add baked cabbage, safron and ground meat and stir it.  put the pot on fire, pour a little oil and add rice on it and let it bake for 30 minutes.  Heat a little oil on stove then pour it on rice.  Now you can serve it.

Thats really delicious speciall when you smell safron and taste it in your food.
