fry for some minutes until it's colour changes to white then turn the chicken and let fry too until it bakes completely because Iranians dont like raw meat.

Now it's time to add spices.  Do it and turns chickens continuosly.  Fry it for five minutes then add tomato paste and fry it for some minutes.  Add sesame and it's ready.

This is a perfect food when you are on a diet or when you are in a hurry.  You can eat this food with different kinds of salad I have mentioned before.  Enjoy it.😊
